I'm sure a few family members will like to see this and find it interesting.
Eliza starting solids at 5 months.
March 15 - first food - banana :) loved it at first - then later on it wouldn't stay down
March 19 - brown rice cereal :)
March 23 - avocado :( tried a few times and sort of liked it
March 27 - sweet potato :) big time favourite
First two teeth coming!! (bottom front)
April 2 - carrots :]
April 5 - pear :) a bit of a rash on Eliza's back - discontinuing pear for now
April 17 - pear and rice dinner from the 16th and banana breakfast didn't stay down :(
April 18 - squash :)
April 19 - rice and banana vomit :(
April 24 - apple :)
April ? end of month - Oat :) -rice rusks
May 2 - zucchini :)
May 6 - watermelon :)
Mid May - peach :)
May - end of month - plum
June 9 - first dairy/ first protein - cottage cheese - :( allergic!
June 12 (ish) - barley :)
June 18 (ish) - rice krispies - very fun. Sweet potato cubes - very fun
June 20 - broccoli - bad gas that night :(
June 30 - blueberries :)
July - Aug:
-asparagus
-green beans
-beets
-pear again - better this time around
-nectarine
-tried apricots - they are ok
-chicken - pureed with veggies = yummy
-turkey - made balls from extra lean ground turkey = big time love!
-Cheerios! super fun
Right now Eliza feeds herself almost all her food. I make bit sized pieces of almost everything. We still eat zucchini as a puree, as well as carrots (she doesn't like them whole), blueberries, some applesauce, beets
September:
-beef - in meatball form
-arrowroot cookies :)
-grapes - super hit!
